Mearc   Holt   Beorg   Aemenne

The land of Eoh Bealdor is heaven to all horses. The name of this place translates directly from old English to “Horse Kingdom”. This place used to belong to the great Sleipnir, the noble steed of Odin, this is where the eight legged stallion kept other horses safe and cared for their freedom as well as safety. It has become the land of all equine, this land is known for all kinds of horses living here from the tall shire to the sleek Arabian.

With the great diversity of horses and land, the place divided into 4 kingdoms. Each one of them is unique, coming with their own strengths and weaknesses.

As the story says, Sleipnir originally created this world for Equine as a safe heaven for them. To be free from saddles, bits and far away from any human.
For a Long time Sleipnir visited this place giving guidence to the horses that first lived here, he had 3 students. He taught them how to survive, how to be crafty and some other tricks. The horses in Eoh are much smarter then a common equine known to people, they can speak, study, do research and many other useful tasks almost like a human being. The 3 students in the end divided the land seeing the diversity in horses, Aemenne was the land of desert, Beorg the land of the mountains and Holt, the one hidden in the forest. The kingdoms got along well with their rules yet once they passed away Sleipnir stopped visiting, he was needed somewhere else. The time of new Kings rised and more changes were created over generations. Yet there was one common issue, as each kingdom had a master specialisation and their builds being created for such work.
Such as Beorg horses and tough mountains, work with stone and cold. Hold horses being smaller and strong to deal with the wood and predators. Finally Aemenne the land of thin horses being endurance masters.
The problem became mixing, Beorg mixing with Aemenne, Hold mixing with Beorg. The foals from such mixes were considered useless as their conformation was not specific to any task, for mountain work they were to weak, for forest they were to tall and caught too much attention and in the desert they couldn't handle the heat...

This caused the mixed breeds to be mistreated, they ended up creating a group, irst with only a couple of members then it became huge. Strong enough to state that they can be useful and want a place to call their own, sadly the kingdoms didn't take it so well and fights started, then battles until it was almost a failure. A golden Wyvern showed up to bring hope to the horses. In the end resulting in peace as well as the creation of the final fourth kingdom Mearc.

When starting the game you are not allowed to leave the safety of your territory! If you do so you will suffer a lot of damage from danger of the unknown land. To travel safely you have to level up your lead horse. The higher the level the lower the chance to be attacked!
For more information about the leveling up and unlockables proceed to ->Levels and Point system.

DIVISION OF THE KINGDOMS

Each kingdom gives you a +3 stat, but also -3 of another. Example of how it works (15 starter skill points) :

Kingdom : Holt (example)

•Endurance: 3 (-3) = 0
•Covertness: 3 (+3) = 6
•Strength: 3
•Speed: 3
•Cunning: 3

If you divide you skills badly and one of the weaknesses makes a skill for example -1 it's still OK! You just need to train you horse to get better with that skill.

The Kingdom of Holt – (South West|Blue) This land is dominated by the thick forest. Usually having a darker atmosphere due to the tree’s blocking the sun. The forest is like a living creature, the mother that cares for everyone, rich in greenery, mushrooms, berries and much more. Horses that originate from this kingdom never suffer from famine, they are strong and hardy but tend to be smaller as they need to move through thick bushes. But with such lush land, there are many other animals that inhabit this land, deer’s, wolves and other dangers. Better stay cautious at all time, this is a wild land after all.

Kingdom Perk  (+3 Covertness)
Kingdom Weakness  (-3 Endurance)

The Kingdom of Mearc – (North West|Green) The vast land covered in plains and priers. Tall grass dancing with the wind, small rivers with forest patches, coming with peace and quiet. This Kingdom is the most popular when it comes to horses that cherish their stamina. With big plains and a windy weather the horses need to withstand the forces of nature. Even tho there isn’t much cover, the land offers grass, herbs and much more. Horses that live in this area need to have a good look for something tasty but once found they won’t regret it. Mearc is also known for its Lake, taking a large portion of the land. Clear water as tears, you can see everything perfectly as if it would be glass. It is said this water has healing properties, maybe it’s true?

Kingdom Perk  (+3 Endurance)
Kingdom Weakness  (-3 Strength)

The Kingdom of Beorg – (North|Orange) This is the coldest and most harsh areas to live in, with rocky mountains being slippery, windy weather almost all the time and snow coming down pretty much in any season. Kingdom of Beorg is the home for the strongest mares and stallions this land has seen, they are powerful and could hold of a bear to protect their band. The mountains are home to many other powerful animals, so if you value strength above all this is the place for you.

Kingdom Perk  (+3 Strenght)
Kingdom Weakness  (-3 Speed)

Kingdom of Æmenne – (East|Beige) The warmest of all the territories out there, not much rain falls in this area. With the sand, wind and heat this is a desert for the horses with the greatest endurance of them all. Not much can be found within the sand, maybe bones and other remains of the ones that passed away here, but once you find an Oasis it’s heaven on earth with cool water, lush greenery around the place and of course the heat of the sun.
This land is known for horses that value their stamina and cunning to get what they want, of course having a good reason, what is speed when you tire within a couple of minutes. how to get passed enemies when you are in clear sight?

Kingdom Perk  (+3 Cunning)
Kingdom Weakness  (-3 Coverness)
